Dublin City Council leaves collection arrangements for Griffith Avenue

The big Autumn leaves clear-up has already started on Griffith Avenue. Residents have started clearing the paths outside their homes and raking and bagging leaves for collection by Dublin City Council.

Dublin City Council (DCC) has provided a supply of compostable bags to AHAA for residents’ use. Residents can order compostable bags by emailing: allhallowsresidents@gmail.com, by phoning or texting 0851448527.

DCC will dedicate extra resources to collecting the filled bags during the week from Monday 18th to Sunday 24th November 2023. This week and the weeks leading up to it will be the focus of our community effort. AHAA asks residents and volunteers to come out for a final clear up of the paths and public spaces on Saturday 16^th November 2024. DCC will provide supplies of compostable bags, gloves, HV jackets and some equipment such as rakes and leaf grabbers for the work. All are welcome to help with the task.
